We're confident you'll love your learning experience at artcardox. If you're not completely satisfied with your course within the first 30 days, we'll refund your investment—no questions asked.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

All course enrollments at artcardox are eligible for our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. To qualify for a full refund, you must:

Request the refund within 30 calendar days of your course purchase date. Submit your refund request through our official contact channels. Have accessed less than 40% of the course content. Not have downloaded substantial course materials or project files in bulk.

This policy applies to all learning paths: Foundation Path, Character Artist Path, and Professional Mastery programs.

2. Digital Product Nature

Our 3D modeling courses are delivered as digital educational products. Once you gain access to course materials, videos, project files, and resources, you receive immediate value. Our refund policy balances student satisfaction with the protection of our intellectual property and instructional content.

After the 30-day guarantee period, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances such as technical issues preventing course access or significant changes to advertised course content.

3. Refund Request Process

Step 2: Provide Required Information

Include your full name, email address used for enrollment, course name, purchase date, and order confirmation number. Optionally share feedback about your experience to help us improve.

Step 3: Confirmation and Processing

You'll receive confirmation of your refund request within 24 hours. Our team will verify eligibility and process approved refunds within 5-10 business days.

Step 4: Account Access

Upon refund approval, your access to course materials will be terminated. Downloaded materials should be deleted in accordance with our intellectual property terms.

4. Refund Methods

Refunds are issued using the original payment method:

Credit Card Payments: Refunds appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's processing time.

PayPal Payments: Refunds are credited to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.

Bank Transfers: Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days, depending on banking institutions involved.

5. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:

Course Completion Beyond 40%: If you've accessed more than 40% of course content but request a refund within the 30-day window, we may offer a prorated partial refund based on content completion percentage.

Technical Issues: If technical problems prevented full course access for a significant portion of your enrollment period, partial refunds may be considered beyond the 30-day window.

Bundled Purchases: For multi-course bundles, partial refunds apply to individual courses not yet accessed or used minimally.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Course completion certificates already issued. One-on-one mentorship sessions already conducted. Live workshop or webinar attendance after the session has occurred. Downloadable resource packs purchased separately from course enrollment. Courses accessed or completed beyond the refund eligibility period.

7. Course Transfers

Instead of requesting a refund, you may transfer your enrollment to a different course of equal or lesser value within 60 days of purchase. Transfers to higher-priced courses require payment of the price difference. Course access time carries over to the new enrollment.

To request a course transfer, contact our team with your preferred alternative course. Transfers are subject to availability and course prerequisites.

8. Subscription and Membership Plans

For monthly or annual subscription plans, cancellation policies differ from one-time course purchases:

Monthly Subscriptions: Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges. No refunds for partial months already paid.

Annual Subscriptions: 30-day refund policy applies from initial purchase. After 30 days, no refunds for remaining subscription period, but you retain access until subscription end date.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life circumstances can affect your ability to complete a course. In cases of serious medical issues, family emergencies, or other exceptional situations, please contact our support team. We'll work with you to find a solution, which may include:

Extended access periods. Course enrollment freeze for up to 6 months. Transfer to a future cohort. Partial refunds evaluated on individual basis.

Documentation may be required for exceptional circumstance considerations.
