Maintain appropriate conduct in forums, live sessions, and community spaces. Respect intellectual property rights of instructors and other students.

5. Course Access and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our courses or services at any time. While we strive to maintain consistent access to course materials, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Course content, pricing, and policies may be updated periodically. Enrolled students will be notified of material changes that affect their existing enrollments.

6. Payment and Refunds

Course fees are due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.

Refund policies are outlined in our Return Policy. Generally, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for new course enrollments, subject to the terms specified in your enrollment agreement.

Artcardox provides educational services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, job placements, or skill levels as a result of course completion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, artcardox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

Our courses involve the use of third-party software applications including Blender, Maya, ZBrush, and others. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate licenses for any software required for course participation. We do not provide software licenses unless explicitly stated.
